Been doing a lot leg strenghtening excercises lately. This is to built up my legs.New favorite is the plate loaded squad press.
The back is also catching up as well. Making it my primary exercise for the week as well as the lower abs using the decline sit up bench and the oblique machine.
Two-hour work out for now is quite a breeze, it just felt so easy. Feeling i got stronger because of my legs has become stronger and seems bulkier than ever. One result i see is that i can jump a little much higher in the basketball court. Also has develop some quickness during the fast break.
As tomorrow is saturday. Its basketball day for me.
Being in a 9 to 5 M-F job is really a privilege. I get to sleep early , get to wake up early . Able to meet normal people. I mean real people in the community.
Kinda really excited to be in my new role in the job. It is something that i really like and enjoy , just like working out in the gym or playing pick up basketballs.
Try my chance to land a team . well worst case is that I just apply to be nice-looking-ref.
That case, i will always be on the court when a game is played.
