Super Set Exercise

December 30 Exercise

Chest
Incline Press
5 Sets 10 reps = 20+20+20+20+220

Alternately do Decline Push Ups using a bench . .Put feet on the bench and hands on the floor. Closed Triangle style.

Shoulder

Seated Military Press
6 Sets 10 to 15 incremental. 20=20=20=20=20=20=20

Alternately do Lateral front Raise. using 10 lbs plates
Do this by bending waist line upto 45 degrees.Then raise arms until level with the shoulder with a twisting movement forward.

and

Also do side lateral raise.With the arms just on level with the shoulders.


Chest Pullover.
Using a bench , lie on you upper back across then pull dumbbell to the chest as low as possible with feet compress and legs bent.

3sets 30=30=30

Triceps
Using the tricep Machine
6 sets 20=25=30=30=25=25

Abs Crunch
Using the abs Machine. 6 sets X 25 reps
Obliques Machine, 30 X6 sets per side.(left and right)

Food that Day:1-Banana
2-GNC-1800 Amino Acids
1-MyoFlex Choco Drinks From GNC
Liters of Water.
