it has been a warm day yesterday. got up at around 11 in the morning. eat lunch as soon as i get loose of my winded muscle. did some stretching. and perepare to play some basketball.
Inside the court is tough one for me. no practice. has had a flu all week long. very weak. but i tried to be more aggressive to the ball. forcing turnover. good thing we won the game. it remove the fatigue.
But water in the gym is not available. i just brought 2 bottles of water and that i think is not really enough for my hyper sweating body.
Its summer i can feel the heat..
