its always nice to start the day with a good breakfast or a milo. kanina i had some milo. cold milo. i always do it in the morning then in the office . then just before i go to the gym. its an olympic energy drink as they were saying .
better be consistent in order to a discipline person. a healthy person would always be / or more probably those who have a good sense of self discipline.
staying in the gym more than 2 hours is really tiring . what can i do . i am an athletic guy. they were wondering i had to come from work and then do exercise in the longer stretch.thats the milo thing. no creatine . no steroids.no amino.pure cold water.
another thing is eat well and take some vitamins.me im taking this propan with iron. it has some adhere effect, it makes me sleepy. really sleepy.
i feel good. because im healthy. beacause im happy. and appreciated. and its because of her.(my baby) .
