after two weeks of rest,im back in track. i rush for the weights. pulled some metals. and drop some sweat.its worth it. my body deserve to be relax.to fit.to be healthy. the heaviest plate ive done recently is 150pounds on the bench press.i could have lifted 220 if only i am in good condition.my head really aches that time, but eventually it has become the reason i why i should go back to the gym. i want to repair my body clock.i would like to do this in a more regular routine. as they were saying there no pain no gain. and it is absolutely right.i had to sacrifice some things i really enjoy.like sleeping too much. sitting too much.beer drinking.gimik.and nonsense kwentuhan.
i guess this is it. i wonder what would marc nelson tell me if we go together in the gym, maybe "bro try to focus on your abs, look at me...". the abs thing. ill have to do some chest press first . i promise to my self that ill be back tommorow to do the shoulder and back and triceps exercises.
im sleepy and tired gotta have that planned well deserver sleep . gotta call my nurse for some advise....
